Do Japanese devs think about Western audiences? Silent Hill's composer does

IncGamers: The common attack on the Japanese games industry is that it's to insular, it thinks about pleasing its home audience to the point that it alienates the rest of the world.

There is at least one man in Japan that thinks about the internation audience as a priority, however... (Industry, Silent Hill HD Collection, Silent Hill: Downpour)
