This is good. It'll help out some of my poor friends in the USA who spend most of their day playing video games. The economy is pretty bad over there from what I've heard. Maybe they'll pocket some gas money from this at least.
No one is forcing you to buy the stuff they make. CCP has repeatedly said you won't be able to "buy a win" either so if you wanna buy stuff that looks cool or don't want to make it yourself you can spend a couple bucks.
People have sell/buy stuff in game for real money before. Just that the developers now added an option for them to do that instead through other means.
