You are absolutely right………..1 guy ( kojima really doesnt say anything bad about jaapn, he says more bad things about the west) inafune, is just like peter M. of the west whos ays all western games lack risk and originality…………globalization IS BAD………….differentiation in games IS GOOD………..

screw catherine, atlus japans best work is on portables, etrian oddessy, devil survivor, radiant historia, all brilliant games.

The best games theyve doen this gen are the yakuza, phantasy star, valkyria chronicles games........all very japanese..........but thats what the US fans want also...........

Inafune, is a hypocrite. He isnt making a shooter.........Hes making a very japanese game ON A HANDHELD.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts about the situation as well. Great article, should be more than an opinion piece IMO.

But I wonder, are there actually westerners who think that Japan's push for globalization is a good thing? Are there people who really do want to see Japan be swallowed up by gritty shooters?
