The Clothing Conundrum in Video Games – Shopaholics for Virtual Clothes

"As I was browsing the equipment menu of new release SSX, I noticed something very strange, and then suddenly, I started seeing it everywhere……

We gamers are not the most materialistic people in the world by any stretch of the imagination. The stereotypical, and sadly true, image of a gamer is someone sitting in some messy pants with a vest top and although we may not all fit that image 100%, we certainly are not America’s Next Top Model" (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

I think we gamers like different clothing,weapons,hair and what ever else we can get is to make our characters more personal. We like to say to other gamers look at my character I just got this new armor or what ever else we get.

Yuup, making it personal, mould the character into a person that fits our preference and therefore more relatable. Are you willing to pay for different costumes however?
