The only thing similar to Infamous 2 is the whirlwind attack. The other moves/attacks are very similar to the first Prototype.
I got Prototype and Infamous a few years ago (came out within 2 weeks of each other), and enjoyed both games. Prototype 2 looks very similar to the first.

one of the few games I miss from consoles. wish it was a mulitplat.

this is phenomenally unimpressive. only remotely cool-looking new stuff is DLC, and the game isn't even out yet.
