Did Bowling actually say players should relocate and always be on the move? Does he even know the game he helped create. Ducking, dodging, bobbing, weaving on the move strategy in COD? Uh no, more like camp this corner, lay down in this ally way, hide in this room and cover door ways or stairs.

Come on Rob, stop, just stop.
The C in COD doesn't stand for call but camping and that is because of the silly killstreaks.
