Ready Up: Kid Icarus: Uprising Review

Ready Up's Dan takes a look over the long awaited return of Nintendo's lesser known hero Pit. "Always the masters of their own hardware, Nintendo have knocked it out of the park on this one by producing a game that uses just about every feature the 3DS has to offer. Great touch controls, beautiful 3D visuals and a variety of ways to play with others support a very enjoyable game that will keep you playing for months. If you own a 3DS you must own this game. Welcome back, Pit! "

Its nice to see that we can all count on Nintendo do deliver fresh AAA quality exclusives for the Nintendo 3DS. Another prime example of why the Nintendo 3DS leads the industry today. And this is just a drop in the bucket when compared to how many 1st class exclusives are in store for the Nintendo 3DS console.

A prime example of how to make a handheld game correctly. Hard work and dedication. Just a few more days and all of us Nintendo supporters can our hands on this beautiful work of art.

Visual proof of why the Nintendo 3DS is the industry leading gaming device as of today. As of now no competing handheld console has delivered an experience this deep, or rich. An experience that can only be found with Nintendo.

Maybe god will bless us with a future exclusive AAA Kid Icarus title for the Nintendo Wii U down the line as well. Its a given that the Nintendo Wii U will spark the future of next generation gaming. Have a good day and happy gaming.

Rated E For Everyone

So, are they breaking review embargo? Or did they find a copy somewhere? I'm always cautious of these early reviews. Nonetheless, good score, seemingly another must own game for the 3DS.

Nintendo 3DS Games We Still Love Playing Even Today

BLG writes: "While it didn’t sell as well as the Nintendo DS, the Nintendo 3DS was nonetheless a wonderful system. And, while this may be a hot take, it’s easily my favorite handheld. Even more than a decade removed from launch, the system’s library has so many titles that feel as fresh today as they did back at release. While it was hard to narrow down, these 30 Nintendo 3DS games are emblematic of the system’s success."

'Kid Icarus: Uprising’s' Story Soars High Above Nintendo’s Other Narratives

Nintendo has always been known for flaunting fine-tuned gameplay over full-blown narratives, however, Kid Icarus: Uprising literally flipped the script as it shined with its writing, story, and characters above all else.

I have to agree.
This game blowed my mind away at its time,
It was so epic in that little screen was pure magic. A real portable AAA game!
