Dissecting Mass Effect 3's ending

In a game about making choices that have real consequences not having much of a real choice in endings is a kind of defect and failure.

Would you call life a defect and a failure, then? Because no matter how good or bad you are, the end is the same for everyone.

I really enjoyed this article and I thought it was an incredible ending anyway.
