The Skywalker name can move to the side -- it's "Shepard!" that the galaxy will be yelling from now on.
10 out of 10 in my opinion
Forget 100/100, I would suggest scores in excess of 100000/100000. Makes it seem much more grand, epitome of perfection, helps to forget that in reality,we have a 7/10 game fueled by hype and exaggerated review scores.
I'm fine with a 7 being given and I understand why one would give it that, but all the hours I've invested into the franchise and to see closure on a franchise I love be done so perfectly (bar the shitty ending, mind you) was a thrilling, thrilling experience.
^fair enough.I don't agree with the score but I can understand your doing so and appreciate that you aren't a ruthless enforcer of it.
I hate shoving scores down people's throats, never was my style -- I like what I like and people like what they like, what's the point in arguing over a score that neither party will change their mind on? lolol
And to rdgneoz3, I whole-heartedly understand where you're coming from because in my review I do in fact call the endings a little shitty. However, that small, albeit significant, hour out of 30+ hours of excellent story telling with a relentlessly oppressive tone where I truly felt that there was no way in hell I was going to overcome this hurdle without major casualties does not completely ruin it. I also say that it's NOT a perfect game or story, but the 100 reflects a combination of quality and my experience with it, and I had the time of my life with ME 3's story. So it may not be a 100 to you, but it is for me. And someone did do the math and it's near a 94, so I am in range of the score. I like reviews that break down each specific component, so I follow suit with that method.
