Mass Effect 3: Electronic Arts chief executive feeling ‘awfully good’ about launch

Washington Post: Electronic Arts chief executive John Riccitiello is feeling “awfully good” about the Mass Effect 3 launch.” Speaking at today’s Wedbush Technology, Media and Telecommunications Conference in New York City, Riccitiello estimated that the game sold 890,000 units during the first 24 hours in North-America alone, meeting the company’s expectations: “We anticipated it doing well, so we’re happy.” (Mass Effect 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
