UGO Games Channel Feature: Games We'd Like to See on Film

Let's face it - in the blood-soaked shark pond of Hollywood, there's precious few original ideas that haven't been optioned-re-optioned, script doctored, had stars attached and unattached, and generally circled the drain of development Hades for a year or two. But the rich history of video gaming is turning out to be the infusion of new blood that the Tinseltown idea machine needs, with video game flicks popping up like weeds. However, there's still a few franchises that nobody has snapped up the rights to, so for all the producers reading this, sit up from that line of blow and get these games on the line. Each of them would translate into an unforgettable cinematic experience, as well as a wallet full of cash. Ready? Let's rock.

Feature by K. Thor Jensen. (BioShock, GameCube, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Killer 7, PC, Portal, PS2, PS3, WarioWare: Smooth Moves, Wii, Xbox, Xbox 360)
