Always good to see Devs working together to make better quality games.

I'm 100% sure this is true cause it would be a WIN WIN situation for Gamers.

Remember folks Take Two Interactive OWNS both 2K Games and Rockstar Games!

If this is the case I believe we will have two outstanding games to play. Mafia devs know how to pull off an excellent atmosphere, while GTA always was about free roaming and having a blast.

Mafia II had one lacking one major component, it had the visual artistry, the tremendous storytelling and differentiating characteristics, a lovable cast, diverse mission structures, intense combat and driving. But there was one thing preventing it from being the masterpiece of which it more than had the potential to be, scale. Sure, we had a terrifically detailed city, weather that manipulated its environment (Such as snow sticking to cars), believable pedestrians engaged in daily routine (Going to bars, talking, working, shopping), but aside from the main campaign, there was little purpose in exploring that world, this, is where Rockstar will have a meaningful impression on the franchise.

I considered Mafia II to be one of 2010's Best Games, Mafia III, with the involvement of two fantastic (Rockstar being the Kings) Sandbox Shooter Developers, has uncountable potential.

Grand Theft Auto V, none of us doubt it's obvious future brilliance and glory, but 2K Czech's involvement, only makes the incredible more so...

I loved Mafia 2, one of my favorite games this gen. Agree with your points too.

really? i don't think rockstar need or are willing to have a partnership for their flagship franchise. but who knows..

Let's hope not.. otherwise there might be a distinct lack of grass textures & missing blood effects in the PS3 version of GTA V.
