Mistwalker's love of free bonus content has apparently carried over to Lost Odyssey from Blue Dragon. Today, Microsoft announced that the studio's second major console RPG, now available in Japan, will get some free downloadable content early next year.
On January 10, the Marketplace will take delivery of the Bonus Item Two Pack. As the name suggests, this downloadable update contains two bonus items that will add to the Lost Odyssey experience. One is required for unlocking a story in the "Thousand Years of Dreams" series. Another item can be equipped to give your characters better guard capabilities.
