Please buy our stuff. We'll lower the price more, just please buy something. I'll approve for the xbots. Don't you wish you could just use any steering wheel, ala PS3

how many price cuts has the PS3 had?

You make it sound like the 360 is getting a price cut. It's a dang peripheral. And considering most 3rd party wired wheels for the 360 are 99 bucks, this is a smart move, not a desperate one. It's just offering a better wheel at a competitive price.

Geeze. You fanboys can spin anything into something negative. Just read the news and try not to turn everything into an argument.

Price cut PS3 in Europe within 6 months:

from 600 to 400 Euro. That's one third off within 6 months. Never been seen before. The PS3 is in trouble

The 360 in just over 1.5 year was cut from 400 to 350.

A pricecut like the PS3 has had, is total panic.

or maybe technology gets cheaper to make...
with internal modifications, production costs less. like shrinking chip size or more widely available parts.

or maybe its "just technology" i mean, the iphone was cut 200 dollars 2 months after coming out...

when prices drop that much without any revision to what's inside it, its usually for one of two reasons:
1. to reach a more acceptable price range for the common consumer (as with the case of the ps3)
2. to firesale products because its not selling or a better product is coming out (toshiba's 1080i player)

but who are we to complain. its a cheaper, high quality product.

I'll have to grab the wheel now since its cheaper.

until you've played it with this wheel. It is unbelievable. You feel every rut and piece of gravel on the road surface, every slick spot in the turns, you can tell when your wheels are losing their grip from taking a turn to tightly. You drive by feel, the way your supposed to.
