Wiiloveit.com: Rhythm Gaming in 2012

"As an optimistic sort, I'd like to think the worst is over for rhythm gaming, and that it's going to pick up this year. It's hard for me to admit, but I know as well as anyone else that rhythm games are becoming less and less common as the years go by. With all that has happened in the last ten years, I don't blame anyone for feeling despondent about the future of rhythm games. But is there a valid reason for hope as we move deeper into 2012? How did things even reach this point in the first place?" -- Wiiloveit.com (3DS, Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai, Industry, Just Dance 2, Just Dance 3, Michael Jackson The Experience, Nintendo DS, Rhythm Thief & the Emperor’s Treasure, The Black Eyed Peas Experience, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, Wii, Wii Music, Wii U)
