lol blizzard, this is pathetic, Valve should open Dota 2 beta to everyone, get millions of players, and then change the name of the game at the last second (assuming Blizzard wins in court)

You guys clearly missed the memo that Blizzard is disputing Valve's trademark on DOTA, claiming it will do wrongful damage to Blizzard. Blizzard DotA was originally going to be a SC2 custom map, however, they can support their "damage" argument with a retail DotA game themselves.

And no, the creator of DotA does not work for Valve, he works at Riot games, but that's irrelevent, not sure why you said that anyway.
