LOTR's Middle Earth comes to Oblivion with MERP; Project will be ported to Skyrim

My guess is that Nazguls are not available on the Oblivion version. However, they might appear when the team decides to port it to Skyrim. They'll simply have to replace the dragons' skin with Nazguls, so it's possible. It will need a lot of work and tweak, but it could very well happen

Why hasn't anyone actually made a licensed LOTR Elder Scrolls-esque title? It would sell gazillions.

That's what I want so much, but Lord of the Rings Online is as close as it gets for now.
