Eurogamer: Mass Effect 3's ending will anger some of the series' fans, BioWare has admitted.
Considering how many time's they have stated in the past that this is "the end of Shepard's story" I keep getting the unsettling feeling that the Commander is going to have to do some kind of self-sacrificing heroic deed to save the galaxy. I'm hoping it won't come down to that though. Shepard is one of the few gaming characters I actually give a damn about, if anyone deserves to have a ending that does involve being dead (again), it's Shepard.
See Dragon Age 2. Biwoare's new games have all been disappointing. this game will be no different. The Mass Effect trilogy took a nose dive when ME2 came out.
Nose dive? Explain.
If i have to explain to you that ME2 was basically gears of war with not as good of controls and some RPG elements thrown in... In addition to the choices not even affecting the outcome of the game really.... Yeah, if i have to do that, then I'm not speaking to the right kind of people right now.
Mass Effect is the only game I've played from beginning to end more than 4 times this console generation (side quests and DLC included). I am going to enjoy this...
Well there are always people who aren't going to like something. I think there are going to be multiple endings similar to ME2. While the end result in ME2 was win or lose, there were several variations. Title is an obvious lure for something that really isn't news at all.
considering how many things can affect the ending, and probably how many endings are, i guess its pretty safe to safe to not everyone will be pleased.. especially considering how whiny some Bioware fans have become lately....
