All the best drivers are beta. WQHL only means that MS has certified that it works with windows. Not that the performance is better or that it fixes bugs. WQHL means absolutely nothing. The driver that killed GPUs by f-ing up their fan speed was a WHQL driver.

The process of getting a driver certified by MS also takes up to a month. So instead of waiting for an old driver with a MS certification ( which is meaninglessness ) why not download the latest one with all the fixes?
