When most people say “role-playing game,” I would bet the left part of my manhood (yes…that is what you think it is) that most people get images of ancient ruins, elves, swords, and +4 armor of some-type-of-mystical-shit. When you throw a conversation system into said role-playing-game, Mass Effect probably comes to mind, wherein you are presented a variety of options when conversing with a character and given an unlimited amount of time to choose an answer.
