GK | The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Review

The Elder Scrolls has finally returned with the fifth chapter in the series, taking players to the northerly country of Skyrim, home of the Nords. The game is easily the best in the series to date, but it's a shame that Bethesda let it launch with a plague of bugs and problems.

It may not be better than morrowind but it is better than oblivion.

When the franchise gains popularity, old fans will force themselves to believe the older titles were better to annoy newer fans. I've played the Elder Scrolls since Daggerfall and Skyrim is definitely the best one imo. Morrowind had dull environments and clumsy combat. It was still a great game but not as good as Skyrim. Though I do miss the freedom of Morrowind, being able to kill anyone you choose once strong enough.

What are you talking about? Skyrim is easily one of the most ambitious games ever made. The scale of this game is like no other and the amount of content is much larger than other games. I played uncharted 3 for 10 hours, and skyrim for 175 and yes, I do have the ps3 version. The lag is annoying, but fixable by reloading.
