Nintendo reveals new news about Wii U (including individual accounts), 3DS, and more at latest investor meeting.
cool about the single accounts
What is nfc?
Near Field Communication
...what's that? I looked it up, but I still don't get how it could be used here.... @[email protected]; ugh, stupid headache....
It's basically close-quarters communications. It's used mainly in phones. Some iOS games, for instance, required 2 people to actually bump phones in order to connect or exchange data. Basically, you'll be able to sync a Wii U Pad to the console by simply touching the system with it. I'd imagine they'd also use this for some fun little apps and minigames that can be played locally with multiple Pads.
Cool. Thanks for the info.
@shok you never added my 3DS code dude
something maybe for the controllers to communicate without interfering in wifi or bluetooth maybe? idk
I just cannot friggin' wait.
where are the people saying the vita geting 100 titles is impressive? 200 3ds titles in a single year is ridiculous
Sorry, but that article said nothing about 200 3DS titles in a single year. They would have to release 4 games a week and well I don't see that happening if they want to make a profit on each game. 100 titles is more likely in a year. Seeing as how we will see 25 on day one for the Vita.
the more I hear about the Wii U(or what ever its called) the more I get excited for it. Im just drooling right now for super smash brothers, just imagine a lagless online with leaderboards
I'm really hyped for E3 2012, now.
looks like Nintendo is learning from it online mistakes.
Yeah, although people give themm flak for being late to the party, Nintendo doesn't like to half ass anything, so they drag their feet until they feel they can do it before they jump fully in
99% of it will be shovelware It's nintendo, the king of shovelware and cartoon games.
actually nintendo makes great games, but blame third parties, who made lots of showelware on Wii & DS
they are learning from there online mistakes for sure but there is still alot they could do better!! but they are doing great right now!!and mario kart shows that!it has 8 players online in 3d at 60 frames a second and it works great even with people in japan, europe, and the u.s.a. at the same time!plus no more friends codes and when you streetpass a stranger and you both have the game they become your online friend to play with which is crazy for nintendo.and you can start your own online mario kart community to set your own rules and play with friends and strangers you met with streetpass. plus no one mentions theres a recently played list where you can jump into matches with people you recently played with like call of duty which is crazy for nintendo!! and with swapnote you can exchanged 4 page messages in 2d and 3d.and with swapnote you can exchange voice messages and 2d and 3d pictures which is a great way to show off your 3d picture taking skills with 3ds friends!!!plus you can draw pictures in 2d and 3d and send them to each other and when you open the message it shows the person draw it from the beginning which is a cool touch. and now there's demos and 3d videos, and pics of games in the eshop so nintendo is really stepping up to the plate and moving forward for its 3ds owners!!!so i think wii-u will be great at launch because they are doing great things with 3ds now!!!
well said m8 MarioKart7 Online as far as CVG is concerned is the best on any console and i agree no racing game except MK7 is lag free 60fps online FINAL.
NFC is very interesting, i would like to see how nintendo plans to incorporate this technology into gaming and multimedia
NFC? Nintendo Fried Chicken...yum yums
