ChristCenteredGamer.com Minecraft review

All in all, when deciding on whether to purchase this game, consider this: if you need a structure, a plot, or even a basic structure in a game, avoid this at all costs. However, if you have an active imagination, have a mind for construction, enjoy flexibility and freedom, or even just want something to kill time, Minecraft can offer something for everyone. (Minecraft, PC) 84/100

I agree with this review completely. Regular updates as promised has vanished after release. The Adventure Update didn't make any attempt to inject a single player campaign. The review did mention the game doesn't feel complete and buggy, which is true.

Truthfully, the game is amazing when you let your imagination go and start building your structural magnum opus, but it also feels like it could have been much more.

I love Minecraft, but it needs to add features that the community have added via mods (like Notch has done in the past) and features that other copycat games have added.
