Capcom gives new details for Resident Evil 6- more focus on horror, new characters and more

I wanted them to take a pure survival horror route like the previous RE games, but I can't really say anything bad about the trailer, because it fucking owned.

Believe the hype...Same with movies they tend to show you the best parts of a film and the rest is pure rubbish...Same has happened with trailers for games, they show you the best parts hence why trailers are always short lol

But on a serious note I hope Res Evil 6 is more like the originals including 4. I did however notice in the trailer that the enemies are actual zombies that move slow not fast running like in 5.

Acually, he said that about the entire series, that Capcom would take the entire series in that direction. As far as Resident Evil 6 is concerned, however, he was only talking about the Chris based parts. We all know the sections that focus on Leon will be classic survival horror.

Notice the word "THIS". It refers to Operations Raccoon City. They said they're going to keep making the games as whole more action orientated but the COD market quote is related to Operations Raccoon City.

I'm just trying to say that people should actually use the right info in their opinions or arguments. Not just take a quote and run with it by applying it to anything remotely related to it.

@JaredH I hope you're right. I was going to say something about that COD comment they made, but I didn't read the whole thing because it didn't seem like something Capcom WOULDN'T say. It just made me sad. Looking forward to RE:6, but I'm not getting my hopes up on it actually being good. At least I'll have The Last Of Us this year.

I think Leon's story looks like a horror game while Chris and the other guy's look more action orientated. I'm okay with this though because it looks like they are at least innovating on the controls.
