The ReviewCast - DustForce Review

In a world filled with Braids, Bastions and Minecraft, it’s becoming difficult for members of the most alternative genre of games, indies, to stick out from each other. In 2010, Team Meat’s Super Meat Boy surprised us all with it’s challenging platformer that managed to be both substantial and minimalist. I’ll admit, I loved Super Meat Boy and played a lot more of it than a lot of the ‘bigger’ games of that year. So when I first saw the trailer for Hitbox Team’s Dust Force, I was excited. I immediately thought “hey, this could be the next Super Meat Boy!” And I’m sure I’m not alone.
