Hope so. People have been asking for KH3 and FFvs13, but all we get is the sequel to the mediocre FF13 which no one wanted, and which Game trailers said is "the most disappointing FF ever"
I wouldn't get your hopes up about KH3 just yet. You'll probably hear more about verus13 than anything.
Some people say FFvs13 should be renamed FF15. I disagree because FFvs13 is more like Kingdom Hearts. No main series FF games should have KH battle system in my opinion (to me FF has always been about the atb battle system). But what the heck, SE is making games which should be spin off's e.g FF12 (should be part of Ivalice franchise), 13 an on-line games (which should be called FF online) as part of the main series
These titles are gonna kill me. I freaked out when I read the title only to be told that it's just an interview with Tetsuya Nomura. F you games journalism.
Same... thought it was something substantial but turns out it's just speculation on the journalist's part.
Ya. With that said however I can't wait to read this interview and I hope Square let's him talk a little bit about Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Even just a "we will reveal more information on xx/xx/2012." would make me very happy. It wouldn't hurt XIII-2 marketing and would get Versus XIII fans excited.
A release time for FF VS XIII and some info on KH3 would be great.
Interviewer - So Tetsuya Nomura what can you tell us about FF13 Versus
Tetsuya Nomura - I can now gladly announce that FF13 Versus will now be called Final Fantasy 15. Since the game is so differen't to FF13 it would be silly to keep them linked to each other. It will also be out by the end of this year
Interviewer - ...and Kingdom Hearts 3
Tetsuya Nomura - "KH3 will be fully announced at E3 2012"
Anyway I hope before KH3 comes out they will do a HD collectors version of KH Birth By Sleep, 358/2 Days and Dream Drop Distance on the PS3 because lets face it even after that one game "Chain of memories", just one side game for GBA, most of us were confused about what happened in KH2 and it wasn't fair we had to fork out money (well some of us) to get a GBA so we could understand the story in the PS2 version of KH2. Having them of differen't platforms is ridiculous. It wouldn't be so bad if they waited for the PSP to come out and put the side games on there.
I mean for gods sake Dream Drop Distance which is on the Nintendo 3DS sets up the events of Kingdom Hearts 3 meaning if you want to understand the story you have to buy a 3DS and play it. Couldn't they of done a game like that for the PSV as a launch game.....for some on us. we don't have enough to buy both handhelds.
the publishers or developers that decide to switch platforms all the time are crazy annoying, im not going to buy a platform for one game, its not going to happen, they need to pick a platform and stick with it because the way they move from platform to platform is beyond annoying. i stopped buying tales games because they were moving around to much, now it finally seems theyre getting back to playstation and ill be buying another tales game. its been a long time
Even if he does, it'll probably be a single sentence or two. Maybe telling us to really look forward to it (yet again). If we're lucky, he'll give us some sort of time/date for his next showing of FFVSXIII.
