"So over the last week, I have not only had to work a ridiculous amount of hours, but I also managed to mess up my back pretty well. Needless to say this means I did not have the kind of time I would have liked to get my workouts going this week. However, prior to hurting my back I did get a couple of good sessions of Dance Central 2 and have also been somewhat careful of what I have been eating. So my progress report this week, is that I have lost another 2 pounds. Not a lot, but considering that during 5 out of the past 7 days I was in too much pain to work out, it’s not too bad at all."
