PS Vita - No Vodafone SIM-Lock in Europe

Sony today confirmed, all european PS Vita with 3G have no SIM-Lock to Vodafone. (PS Vita)

This is probably the dumbest question ever but can I for example pull my sim card out of my phone and use it in my vita?

In theory, should be able to do it. Just make sure you have a high enough data plan and should be fine.

The only issue is that the Vita may use a micro-SIM like the iPhone 4... but I don't think that's been confirmed or is the case.
