It seems to me that its more nitpicking things than anything else. I don't mind the interface being touch control, it's kind of the point. And asking for these little things that really wouldn't add anything to the Vita's experience would be a waste of Sony's time and resources. The only thing it "needs" at this point is a YouTube app and I am sure they will have one for launch.

@TimmyShire
In my line of work (game programming) and just the world in general, there is no such thing as "perfect". If it was "perfect" than no one would hate on it because there is nothing to hate. Now that being said it is one of the best, most complete launched console in history and that is a great sign. These little, tiny nitpicks never crossed my mind when I played the Vita in SF. As a matter of fact these problems aren't really there. These are actual "features" that the author wants. Like this:

"PS Vita needs beacons
Xbox 360 received a beacon system before the end of 2011. These are basically notifications you can set that tell your friends what games you want to play. So, if you want to play Modern Warfare 3 with your mates, you can se them a beacon that lets them know"

I mean really? You already have near, notifications, and live area within the games startup menu. How many more things do you need to tie in your friends?

@fastrez
I not hating on them by any means. I like the site too. It just seems the author though was looking for things to improve that it honestly doesn't need. Maybe the "close all" thing would be nice but everything else he said just made it seem like he was nitpicking.

I think that's the point though. It's a great bit of kit, so a few tweaks here and there will make it perfect, surely?

fastrez4485d ago (Edited 4485d ago )

Good points man, but It's not nitpicking really, just little suggestions that would make a great thing even better. The article does say that they thoroughly enjoyed the PS Vita.

Now, I like this site - prepared for a million disagrees here- but too many N4G people are jumping on them for saying anything remotely negative about PS VIta, when they have stated time, and time again that they like it.

But oh well, haters gonna hate I suppose ;)

@KeyBlade apologies man, I didn't mean that you were hating on them, just others :)

just replying to ur youtube app that needs to be added.. it might be a video streaming app similar to youtube..but it won't be youtube, and this is not sony's fault.. they have been trying to get flash suport for the vita but ADOBE told sony that they don't support mobile flashplayer anymore..unless sony somehow manage to convince adobe to make the vita suport flashplayer then the vita won't have it.

but it would be nice with a youtube app indeed..its not really needed tought.. the core purpose of the vita is gaming so fixing the lag when u screenshot in-game on a game is more important, and fixing some small issiues with NEAR stuff like that, the youtube app doesnt really improve anything, its just an added feature (that i would totally enjoy) but i think sony should just focus on the community features and other online aspects on the vita. the vita is great so far, but it has some small faults in it right now, but its nothing a firmware update can't fix.. who knows meybe the western launch will come pre-launched with a new ''bug fix'' firmware update.

KeybladeMaster4485d ago

Both Apple and Adobe don't support flash on Apple products yet there's a YouTube app for it. And on android too. So I don't see why it wouldn't be supported for Vita seeing how Google and Sony are buddies with each other.

But your right, it's a gaming device and as long as it does that thing great it will be a great device.

I think it's obvious that we will get a YouTube app for the VITA, I mean.. come on?! Is'nt it obvious.

But I really would love flash on the side for other video websites, but to be honest, I'll always have my droid on me so it's all good, after all, the VITA was made for GAMING. And I wouldn't want to waste my battery on Flash/HTML5 stuff.

I think the OS needs a few tweaks – proper Twitter functionality or intergration would be a priority for me.

UI isn't great is it? Plus, where's PS3 game remote-play support?

Razongunz4485d ago

its still there, its just in early stages pretty sure its coming soon enough.

but remote play with the ps3 works.. you can stream movies and stuff like that via remote play.

guitar_nerd_234485d ago

Good article, remote play could be a game changer handled right.

fastrez4485d ago

Demon's Souls on my Vita.

This is the dream.

Christopher4485d ago (Edited 4485d ago )

I can see me moving around like an idiot, like that would help, when fighting some of the bosses.

just_looken4485d ago

remote play has been out sense psp days so far its been hardly used. lets hope vita changes that

World Of Final Fantasy battle system guide: How to unlock every champion

Fenix Bazaar writes: World Of Final Fantasy offers a varied and diverse battle system. Battles can occur at almost any time, and under any circumstance: understand and knowing how to respond in a variety of different situations is certainly going to help you on your journey.

Random encounters are generally the most common types of battles you’ll come across, and these normally happen when you take on the challenge of exploring a dungeon. You’ve also got to be prepared for the occasional boss battle!

The best thing about World Of Final Fantasy is the randomness of the experience, and the combat screen can pop up and thrust you into battle when you least expect. That’s why you need to be prepared before jumping in.

Before we get into how you can unlock every Champion, let’s take a look at battle basics.
