I thought it was a let down, it seemed like all I was doing was QTE's and then the actual combat was just very underwhelming.
You just wrote as much as tqcast.com on their article that's relevant to this topic. Seriously, this article is anemic, to say the least. I expected a lot more than something I'd see on our forums.
Yeah the japanese seem to have taken a right fetish for QTEs... Just look at Ace Combat: Assault Horizon and the upcoming Metal Gear Rising.
LOL, that AC: AH ending is so f*kin hilarious! XD
lol Japanese games are dead.... http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Gameplay is nothing new, doesn't break the mold of it's predecessors. However it's not the gameplay that's got me interested it's the story and the visuals. The size and scale of the major encounters is up there with the Cronos battle in GOW, and the story although it's probably been told before in another game or form of media the mythology side does have me curious. To me this game is rental material (clock it on a rainy day or weekend) then buy when it's on the bargain bin for 30 bucks or less.
Reel the wrath of my giant finger.Rarghhh!
The presentation looks great but the lack of real gameplay is almost not even there.
