Feed The Gamer Review: X3: Albion Prelude (PC - DLC)

The X universe is a huge, sandbox style, space combat and trading simulation with a strong political background and throbbing ample chances to watch yourself die in a number of interesting ways.
Set within a huge system of ‘sectors’ which are joined by jump gates; the X series of games follows the events of a fictional universe set several hundred years in the future and of course, following an alternate timeline.
Players have the ability to engage in commerce, piracy, military service or free roaming exploration as well as follow the scripted plotline which forms the integral core of the game.
The game is immense, immersive and a great deal of fun for the dedicated gamer. (PC, X3: Albion Prelude) 8/10

I enjoyed X2 back in the day. When I tried X3, I couldn't stick with it for some reason.

Wish I held out in there now. There's a lot going on with this series.
