Bill Trinen of Nintendo of America discusses the need to rate The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess T for Teen.
Steady on Nintendo!!!!! lol.
"T" rating for Zelda, one of Nintendo's most lauded, kiddie franchises? this has REALLY piqued my interest.
If you think that Z
elda is for kids only, and have therefore never played them, then you are missing out on several of the greatest games ever.
i guess you only saw windwaker in cell-shaded style? uhmm i pitty you....
( even windwaker was magical...it still cant be played by a KID...zelda is all about puzzle solving)
um dudes, with the exception of Windwaker, i've been playing Zelda games every since Link to the Past. my reasoning for saying that it was kiddie was because of the typical "save the Princess from the clutches of the Evil Wizard" overtone that's permeated the series every since it was born back in the NES days. moreover, no game in the series has ever had a "T" for team rating, hence my enthuse for this rendition. so calm down. i know more about this stuff than you would think. thats my biggest gripe with the posters on this site. you make your own opinion about something, and everyone want's to hop on the "lest bash what he said" wagon. its especially disconcerting, considering i actually said something good about the game.
Yea, I guess that Dead & Rising game is more what you would consider your kind of adult game huh zypher? LOL, someone who doesn't like using their brain in a game shouldn't even consider adding a comment.
zelda is all about saving this and that, but thats just a story added...its more about what happens between the saving of zelda or the world. its all about solving puzzles and such...we know zelda is in great danger....always...or isnt she..allot of zelda games aint about ZELDA.
It is very interesting. I wonder what could possibly make this game recieve a rating of "T"
