Of FIFA and Family: Hacking Xbox Live

In the Fall of last year, reports of Xbox LIVE account hacks increased, but Microsoft denied any security issue. Now, with individuals reporting losses in excess of $300 and account locks lasting months at a time, has Microsoft softened their stance on the issue, or do they instead place the blame squarely on the consumer?
