Have you ever been a fan? We have, and it is a great feeling to have a franchise you identify with. But if you start becoming a super fan and following a series blindly, you get into deep trouble! Find out why you shouldn’t!
Alex writes: "I have a habit of trying to rush through games, so Dragon's Dogma 2 was a nice reminder that taking it slow isn't the end of the world."
Helldivers 2 is set to get a drivable vehicle very soon, here is a first look at it and what one can expect when it is officially released.
Ahead of its release later this month, Manor Lords has broken an impressive Steam record and become the most wishlisted game of all time.
Nice read. I follow alot of series but I know I don't blindly follow them. Like Final Fantasy, its one of may favorite gaming series of all time but I can say that I hated VIII, IX, and XI.
Fanboyism will never go extinct. millions of people will follow CoD cuz they like the series and it will give them a reward by the same game they still like but it just feels like they pay SO MUCH MONEY for the same game. I'll never understand why the community doesnt just asking for expansion packs and things of that nature... BF2 fanboys got burned this year with BF3 tho. They were hoping for something with as much depth and teamwork (w/o the need for entire organized teams) as BF2 and got so much less. UC3 and GoW3 fanboys got what they asked for generally even if the UC3 fanboys got a little let down by the storyline.
Who knows but fanboyism will never leave videogames ever.
I don't, i didn't buy Uncharted 3 because i don't want to spend 60$ on a 5 hours campaign, and i have zero interest in it's Multiplayer.
I wish more people would do this.
I hate seeing comments on N4G, Neogaf, and all over the internet like "I hated Fun Game 5, but I preordered Fun Game 6 so I hope it's good." Well, dumbass, if it's not, and Fun Game 7 sucks balls, you mostly have yourself to blame.
COD boyz start disagreeing in 3..2..1
