EA is still involved in similar class action lawsuits and this could, if not set precedent, definitely provide legitimacy to the other claims. Judges have a tendency to look a prior rulings while making their own. EA might just be getting what it deserves for repeatedly ignoring those athletes while reaping in billions.

The list should be top ten Vita titles of 2012. And that shouldn't come until late December, earlier January.
Isn't it a little soon to do this, I mean the Vita still has a good 6 years (possibly more) to expand it's library. Doing a top ten list of "current" best Vita games is okay, but doing one about the best Vita games of "All Time" when it hasn't even been out for a year seems a little premature.

I'm really enjoying call of duty black ops: declassified, for me it's the best vita game released until now
Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee and its sequel are awesomely fun games. It's a shame no one plays online anymore :(

Not being able to transfer your RTTS players from one year's version to the next has always been a handcuff for me.
