STP: Terra Noctis might just be the best attempt yet to create a Super Mario-style game for iOS devices. Sure, it doesn’t star a portly plumber, but a cuddly little nightmare named Allen manages to fill in his platforming shoes admirably.

"Allen, oh Allen. You cute little nightmare, but you aren't scary at all!" In Terra Noctis, you will take on the role of Allen in this new and exciting platformer. This game closely resembles Yoshi's Island (and other platformer classics). This game certainly doesn't disappoint, unlike some other platformers. Many platformers available in the iOS market usually feel watered-down or have difficult controls; however, Terra Noctis succeeds where other platforming predecessors failed, which I'll explain more into the review.
Pocket Gamer: A 2D platformer in the traditional sense, Terra Noctis borrows elements from Sonic and Mario to create one of the best examples of the genre yet seen on the iPhone. Physical controls would have made it a near-perfect game, but it’s still a highly recommended download.
