Impressive. So when are they announcing it'll be free to play?
Feckles  +   533d ago
When the new WoW exapansion hits and everyone goes back to that.

Sure, pandas have such a draw. Umh... no.

Well knowing bioware they probably got at least one expansion in works of their own launching at the same time .

They mastered that with single player games , no way they would suddenly stop with a mmo

After they kill wow. IE: Never.

The game seems to be extremely successful, so what reasons would they have to cut their revenue by going free to play again?

BioWare already banning people from the game for looting on Ilum, I'm surprise people aren't running back to WoW Right Now to try to force Bioware/EA to make the game Free 2 play.

SWTOR gamer " Oh cool, a gold exploit, i'll just abuse that"
Bioware "Oh no you won't, enjoy your ban!"
SWTOR gamer "well i will just go back to WoW till you make your game free for banning me and preventing me from unbalancing the in game economy"

Your logic is flawless :)/s

I wish you even had a point . Every paid mmos so far has banned people around launch , WoW included .

And the idiots banned even came back with a new account most of the time .

It is just a legend that they would accept it blindly to keep unwanted customers , while turning off normal ones .
Even Aion and lineage , a haven for that market had to do something .
Even Guild Wars , a game with no sub , reacted quickly too .
