Safe to say that PS3 software sales will never catch up to 360. VGchartz currently has them at a +90 million gap.

Safe to say that Sony's 3rd PlaceStation will continue to remain in last place.

Safe to say that Sony has sold enough PS3 to warrant support from 3rd party devs. Which is why I am proud to own a PS3 and I have the liberty to enjoy many of its great exclusives.

Good time to be a PS3 owner.

As with all estimates they are bound to have some margin of error.

Easy even though according to VG the PS3 is in third place. Sony has sold enough of them to gain heavy support from third party studios also with heavy support from Sony themselves the PS3 is a great console to own. This year i had a blast playing Demon Souls, Uncharted 2, Batman Arkham City and Skyrim on my PS3.

Now about the estimates. VG isnt a site that provides hard data they merely estimate how many consoles or pieces of software are sold. So it is only natural that there is some margin of error with their data.

Thats all i really wanted to say and i didnt mean to upset anyone with my comments unlike Bundi and Captain Crunch who care more about sales then playing quality games. Must suck to be them if all their care about is what place their console is in or how many pieces of software it sells.

Wow Call of Duty is now a sickness 9 million on PS3 alone, you gotta be kidding me, that's crazy....

It's official COD is an Unstoppable Juggernaut...

Remember way back in 2011 when people thought Battlefield 3 would take away from Call Of Duty? Ya, such crazy things were said back then.

Call Of Duty might not be for everyone, but just barely from the looks of the sales.

I'm guessing the Xbox 360 will go over 70 million lifetime this year, which is great for a sophomore release. I'm really looking forward to the new announcement of the next Xbox later this year though.
