Star Wars: The Old Republic - what a amazing landscape

four exclusive screens from SWTOR, showing the Landscape of some places (PC, Star Wars:The Old Republic)

This game does look amazing. Too bad it's PC only and especially that it's an RPG. Please give a character-progressive, open-world Star Wars game with fully-integrated DMM and simulation-based gameplay. Maybe on PS4.

wat.

The Old Republic games have always been RPG's.

How is that a bad thing?

How are you going to make a real mmo for consoles. You would have to play it with a wirless keyboard and mouse. You need 12 button hot keys for you powers then have a way to quickly switch between players so healers can heal correctly. And a way to move out of boss attacks as you cast 1 of your 12 to 24 hotkey command.well if you use control commands 36 hotkey commands a controller cant do that.

I don't want an MMO. Make it a single player game with a huge universe to explore and tons of missions/things to do.

so far i'm having fun with it, it is very reminiscent of the original old republic.

i have only leveled up 2 characters to around level 6, so in no way can i give a full review of the game, but my initial impressions are positive.

my brother, a few friends and i are going to start playing together in a bit so i will get a better feel for the dynamic of the game then. truly it feels more like a single player game so far. not really a bad thing imo!

lvl6 lol!

you have not even got out of the starting area, the game is a mmo not feeling like a single player at all.

am lvl37 and loving the new mmo doing fp and questing with republic questing and ganking you it' great fun.

allready kill two lvl30+ world boss which was great.

again this game is a mmo and nothin like a single player.

"again this game is a mmo and nothin like a single player"

Im lvl 22 now and I rarely ever find peeps to group with (but I do play late at night). 95% of the quests are solo quests, so im sure where Thrust got the notion that its nothing like a single player game.

With that said, pvp matches seem pretty fun so far and general chat can be entertaining at times.

Nothing like a single player game aside from the interactive story lacking from every other MMO...

Loving this game, I was burnt out on MMO's but with the story telling, it's very much addicting.
