Excellent Xbox 360 Presents for Kids Under 10

Last week Microsoft sold over 900,000 Xbox 360 consoles and over 700,000 Kinect units. That’s absolutely amazing considering how long the console has been around. Going with the assumption that most of the sales are parents buying consoles for their young kids, it's highly likely they need recommendations on what games to buy. Here's a list of great games for the under 10 crowd if you need to buy presents for them.

If I had a 360 with Kinect, I would go straight for Once Upon a Monster. My 18-month-old son *loves* Sesame Street. And Double Fine is consistently cool.

I know one thing you should not get someone that age. Xbox Live.

That' heavily dependant on what they play. Shouldn't be any problem is he/she wished to game with a friend on LEGO Star Wars. XBL becomes an awful idea for someone that age if they cross over into a shooter.

Yeah I agree but no matter what they are probably going to be playing those shooters as well because their parents dont care what they play.
