Activision Blizzard, and the Fate of 19 Studios

Gameplayer has looked deeper into today's Activision and Vivendi merger, listing the studios and games that will be directly affected. They also explore the possible license implications of a Universal owned company taking majority control over Activision.

"How will Universal feel about Activision, who they now indirectly 'own' through Vivendi's share stake, pushing their competitor's films and brands? Or vice versa, how would MGM feel, for example, about the new James Bond game earning money, however indirectly, for Universal?" (Industry)
