The Guardian: Super Mario 3D Land – review

Every time a new Nintendo system appears, the man burdened with the responsibility of proving its worth is Mario. Over the years, he has almost always delivered, blessing new hand-helds and consoles with brilliant ideas and dazzling design flourishes.
