Goodbye Ezio Auditore da Firenze, goodbye Altair ibn La-Ahad. Everyone wave! Unfortunately for them this is the end of the line. Luckily for us though, we get to play through exactly what happens leading up to the end of this epic journey.
Assassin’s Creed: Revelations takes us straight in to the action after Brotherhood, with some pretty huge questions under its belt to answer. Why did that certain terrible event happen at the end of the last title, who exactly are these ghostly figures, and really… what the hell is actually going on?! As you begin, Desmond finds himself stuck in the animus, due to being in a coma, and the only way to bring him out is to unlock pieces of memory. Makes sense, in an alter-ego Matrixy kind of way. Trapped in a place called the ‘Black Room’, which looks quite dreamy and tranquil, Desmond plunges into yet more fighting and swinging from rooftops as Ezio and Altair.
