Android Gaming Controller Turns Phone Into Console

A Swedish startup called Fructel AB has announced a wireless Bluetooth controller for Android phones and tablets called the Gametel. The device snaps onto your phone or can be used separately; either way it connects through a Bluetooth connection. The lithium polymer battery is good for 9 hours of play time, according to the company, and stays alive for 5 months on standby. Their web site lists 18 games it supports (ones they've tested), and they claim that over 50 games are compatible. The games include Asphalt 5 HD, Cordy, R-Type and others.
