Completely agree with the point about the campaigns being far too short. I know most people are on board for the multiplayer, but it strikes me that both franchises have produced some terrific single-player action and spectacle in the past - and it seems a shame to offer much less of that this time around.

I remember playing 15-20 hours in COD 1 campaign and having so much fun that I replayed it. Now I just play cod campaigns for the achievements.

Lol how can you compare MW1 with DLCs to a new game like BF3, just doesnt add up.

I didn't read the article but since shodan74 mentioned single player. I'm just gonna give DICE the kudos for delivering one of the most realistic and believable modern warfare experiences that i've ever had. Hence, Battlefield 3 completely won me over in both the single player campaign and multiplayer. Although some were complaining that how come DICE didn't allow us to pilot the jet, well, i guess they went for the cinematic experience rather than the openness that the multiplayer has because they are trying to tell a believable story... which made me go "OMG" at the end.

Best quotes: "One-three you better unfuck yourself, real fast....." That made me lmao seeing that it was unexpected
And "You come to our country to assassinate us, and yet we're the terrorist?...." And "You can only die once, make sure its worth it....." That's some real tough sh#t right there
Battlefield 3 FTW!!!
