The majority of fitness titles are marketed as such (Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, EA Sports Active etc), giving promises of gym-class bodies gleaned from the comfort of your own console – but due to the overall physicality required for most Kinect games you’re guaranteed to get some sort of workout anyway, even if it’s wrapped up in a slightly obvious invisibility cloak.
