Wow, Ubisoft did a much better job this time around on the port, the textures look virtually identical however it does appear that the 360 version has softer shadows and more pronounced bloom.

This time around I THINK they dropped QAA in PS3 version and 2xMSAA in 360 version and went with post process AA. Textures were always pretty much the same, difference was in QAA blurring them in PS3 version.

the ps3 version has a way better contrast look to it, and the 360 version looks a little washed out,

but it appears the 360 version has a little more shadows on the building compared to the ps3 version. otherwise they look the same.

Looks like ill be fine either way

Virtually identical, except for some funky stuff in the first shot with the shadows in the PS3 versions, and some color differences here and there.

Agreed...some minor differences between the two, but nothing that makes one stand out over the other.

The differences are so minimal now compared to the previous games. I'm glad they got rid of the shitcunx AA for ps3. The only differences i notice are the shadows, bloom, and some textures that are slightly sharper on the 360, with the exception of the close up of Ezios face. I'll probably end up getting the ps3 version since it has the first assassins creed included for free.

Yeah, that is a great bonus. But I am curious why they did it...you'd still need key elements from the other AC games to get the most out of the series. But can't really complain about free! :)
