The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim [Review] | ShogunGamer.com

Casey White wrote : "It is safe to assume that, at this point, everyone that had any intention of getting Skyrim has already picked up a copy and, in all likelihood, ran a marathon similar to my own this weekend (though perhaps not with the story-line dash that I went for to try and get the "completed" notch on my belt before starting my review). It's also safe to say this isn't the first review that you've read. I know personally I must have read a few dozen the Friday of the game's launch, and if I had more time I might have checked out a couple of others too. And while I agree the majority of the praise that is being doted upon the game, there's on unifying thing that I have noticed (at least, believe that I've noticed) in all these reviews: They were, primary, for the console versions of the game. And neglect to mention the bevy of technical issues on the PC." (PC, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) 8/10

I noticed something about the reviews that score lower than everyone else. They are always the last ones to get published.

Out of curiosity, was the review actually read? 'Cause I feel like those technical issues that were mentioned are kind of a valid reason for docking a couple of points...

The score is still a solid one, but I think we need to be a little more honest with technical issues being a problem with video games at launch.

Yeah i did read it. But i just stated that i noticed a trend that the reviewers who score below average usually post their reviews last. Basically what i mean by this is that in the first few days Skyrim only had 9 and above and all of a sudden the 8s and the 7s come out.

Its just something i noticed that's all. But i do agree with you that some of the bugs are unacceptable ( PS3 memory leak and 360 textures issues)
