Far Cry 2010 - Waterfall Demonstration

DSOGaming writes: "Far Cry 2010 mod is being developed by Didjay who has just released a new video for it. This brand new video showcases the in-game waterfall and looks lovely. It’s quite obvious that Far Cry 2010 is pushing CryEngine 1 to its limits, as this scene alone features Waterlillies, animated water shader on rocks, variable water height and visible splashing against rock canyon, as well as mist at base of waterfall." (Far Cry, PC)

This modder has some serious talent to get this into a game of this age, it also goes to show just how capable the Original CryEngine actually was

true.dat. It's really amazing what modders can achieve with a somewhat 'old' engine.
