IMO
No, NO NO NO. Nothing NOTHING can beat Mario 64. I've played extensively with my brothers Wii. I think it's around an 8.1-9.1. Great, especially because I thought I had grown out of those games. But nothing can beat Mario 64 and the fun I had with it. Ever. Period.

Yet more confirmation that Galaxy is indeed the best 3d platformer ever created.

I once had someone say to me that Croc was just as good as Mario64 and he didn't know what all the fuss was about. Some people still say it of Crash Bandicoot, Jak or Ratchet.People need to learn that something so universally accepted as being the best, is simply because it is.

I find it funny though that even through the considerable hardware advances we've seen, never did we see a challenger to SM64 in it's 10 years as king. With the bar being set even higher now, looks like devs may as well give up.I certainly don't want to be playing inferior clone after another.

About time we had some class, it's been a while
